The Transport Pre-Alert Support System or TPASS will soon be fully operational in the Isabela province, with no less than its Honorable Provincial Governor Rodolfo T. Albano III signing the PGI EO no. 29, S. 2021 –
An order institutionalizing the use of the Transport Pre-Alert Support System (TPASS), as Cargo/Delivery Vehicle Border Control System Against CoVid-19, African Swine Flu, Contraband, and Human trafficking.
The system will help improve the monitoring process of commercial vehicles coming in and out of the province, allowing the local government to anticipate the volume of traffic for periods of time across their three cities and thirty-five municipalities.
This partnership between the Dynamic Outsource Solutions Inc. (DOS1) and the Local Government of Isabela, with the full support of the Lina Group of Companies’ Chairman Alberto D. Lina, will as well, further intensify the cross territorial security protocols of the province Isabela against multiple threats on the safety of all Isabeleños and visitors alike.
