On May 24, 2024, the much-anticipated DOSUnOlympics Award Ceremony took place, bringing together a distinguished lineup of guests and enthusiastic participants. The event was graced by none other than the Chairman himself, Mr. Bert Lina, accompanied by his wife, Ms. Sylvia Lina. Also in attendance was the president of LCSI, Mr. Ariel Agcaoili, and, DOS1 President, Mr., Gary Cayton. The presence of these notable figures highlighted the importance of the event, celebrating athletic prowess and community spirit.
The ceremony also saw participation from officers of the Parañaque Integrated Terminal Exchange (PITX), including Mr. Mohit Malih, PITX Chief Executive Advise, Ms. Ruth Morales, PITX Commercial Head, and Ms. Leinel Cruz, Assistant Manager.
Throughout the event, the esteemed guests took turns presenting awards to champions of various sports, including Basketball, Volleyball, Badminton, Bowling, Billiards, Table Tennis, Chess, and Darts. The winners received medals, trophies, and cash prizes, recognizing their dedication and skill.
In addition to the athletic competitions, the event also recognized the “best muse” from each team, adding a touch of elegance and charm to the proceedings. This acknowledgment brought an extra layer of excitement and glamour to the ceremony.
