Key officials from the Commission on Elections (COMELEC) recently visited Dynamic Outsource Solutions, Inc. (DOS1) to inspect the proposed office location for the National Technical Support Center (NTSC) project in preparation for the upcoming 2025 national elections.
The visit began with a briefing session, during which DOS1 representatives, headed by President Gary Cayton, presented an overview of the project and its significance in supporting COMELEC’s electoral operations. The discussion covered key details, including the proposed office layout and the prioritization of essential rooms for technical operations, data management, and coordination teams.

Following the briefing, COMELEC officials proceeded to the proposed site for a physical inspection. The office space, which is yet to be constructed, will be developed based on COMELEC’s scheduled timelines to ensure it meets all operational requirements. The delegation reviewed the office map and preliminary design, discussing adjustments to optimize the facility for election-related support services.

COMELEC executives expressed their satisfaction with the location, highlighting its accessibility, strategic positioning, and potential to house critical functions for the NTSC project. They commended DOS1 for its readiness and commitment to providing an infrastructure that aligns with COMELEC’s needs for the upcoming elections.

As part of the next steps, DOS1 will collaborate closely with COMELEC to finalize construction schedules and ensure that the NTSC office is fully operational in time for election preparations. This partnership highlights both organizations’ dedication to ensuring a smooth, efficient, and secure electoral process.
